As a full time business owner who ships out hundreds of orders a week, I've purchased all kinds of thermal printers from cheap to expensive and this printer works efficiently and prints fast. What I can say for this one is that it is affordable as well as decent quality. It also offers wired printing for all devices. It's great I can print from my phone, tablet, or computer. Though I will note that this model doesn't support bluetooth for Mac, only PC. Additionally, this printer is so small and compact, it fits perfect underneath my desk (see photo). Also, the packaging is perfect, and it comes with everything you'll need to set it up, even free thermal labels!!! The instructions are super easy to follow and you won't have any trouble getting it set up. All my labels come out clear and work perfectly with my thermal printer. I've used this company's other products as well and I can say that they have lasted me a long time and if I've ever had an issue, the customer service is goes above and beyond. Overall, I'm really happy with the quality and efficiency of this printer because it stands out from other brands. Don't waste your time with other brands, make sure that this one is your first try and you won't regret it! j I'll try to update later on with some photos or a video.

This printer is perfect if you have a small business. It’s very easy to setup and has lots of ways to print your labels, including PC, smartphone, usb and more.I’ve encountered small issues using different brands of labels with this printer but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. The overall quality of the print is phenomenal and fast. This is the best investment I’ve made to my hone business and couldn’t be happier with the product.

I bought this printer a while ago it worked perfectly fine but I tried to use it today and it won’t print anything, I have a pop up shop tmrw now I can’t print any of my labels I advise yall not to buy this printer

Ordered the purple version of this printer. It is perfect for getting labels printed lightning fast. I don't know if I can rate this printer highly enough, I would do 10 stars if I could! Easy to set up and worked great right out of the box. (The only problem I had was with Bluetooth connection and it turns out you just need to make sure you have "advanced" selected in the Bluetooth devices discovery option for it to show up.) It was very well packaged with everything needed to guide you step by step to using the printer. Love the quality and ease of use! If you need a thermal printer, don't hesitate, buy this printer!

I am so glad I purchased this. Easy to use and speeds the process up for me when I need to ship out items. Not too bulky and no issues.

The media could not be loaded.  I print quite a lot of shipping labels and was tired of using up all of my tape putting paper labels on boxes. The sticker labels are an amazing upgrade. The printer comes with a stack (not sure how many, maybe 200?). It doesn’t say in the description that it comes with labels, so I wasn’t sure. The stack just sits behind the printer and unfolds by itself. Very easy to use. It was pretty quick to set up over Bluetooth and very easy to set it up wired. The box comes with a USB drive that I thought was maybe a free gift. It wasn’t until I watched the video that I realized it has the printer driver software on it. The setup videos are located in multiple places so they are easy to find and setup was straightforward, tho somewhat involved. It includes changing some serial port numbers on the computer. You also have to connect the printer via USB to your computer to set up Bluetooth. It was pretty quick to set up over Bluetooth and very easy to set it up wired, which only required downloading the driver from the supplied USB drive. Printing from a phone was very easy and the app is simple to use. I can easily switch printing over Bluetooth from my phone or computer. There are great directions for many common sites on how to print in a 4x6 format. eBay, pirateship, and PayPal are included.

Label printer works amazing. When I first got it, I set up the Bluetooth on my windows computer, and it was so so hard to figure out the settings Once you download the software you have to change a bunch of settings in order to make it Bluetooth and it wasn’t easy. Once I finally got it working through Bluetooth it worked amazing and then after two months the Bluetooth stopped working and I didn’t want to figure out how to do the settings again so I just use the cord now to print things from my computer and it works great that way.
