Great product and key hider that is simple and easy to use
This has been a fabulous addition to our air BNBs. you can create one time codes for guests, unlock from anywhere, rechargeable and very easy to connect.

Product does not work. Product support does not exist. Do not buy this product
This prodyct arrived without the cable required to set it up. I had to purchase said cable in order to set it up. Upon following the instructions provided the product failed completely. When I reached out to the seller for assistance the only response i received was the same printed instructions i already have. Product does not perform as described and manufacturer apparently does not care. Stay away from this product.

Pros and cons
Overall - an excellent sturdy design. I bought several different ones to choose the best for me.I love the space inside - enough room to put several keys. And I like the little rim at the inside bottom that prevents your keys from trying to slide out as you close it.Also, the numbers are easy to read and operate. Yeah!Biggest drawback - the cover over the outside is difficult to open - especially for someone with arthritis. It is not obvious where to pull or grab. Not hard once you figure it out - but would be better if it had a knob/ protrusion/ or something to grab ahold of.

Lock and open easily, it was easy to set up the numbers and it feels that it made from quality materials.

would have liked to know that passcode was not linear? but. it works and am happy.

I couldn't get my keys out
After a few months of light use, the mechanism would not release. With keys stuck inside the box i had to resort to destructive measuresOtherwise the box was decent. Nothing to be excited about but it did work fine until it failed.
