Good size for longer travels. Keeps a liw temperature for 24 hours.

Used it to keep my 8 Mounjaro pens cool enough for transatlantic 11-hour flights several times with no problem. Passed TSA without a wink. Good product. A little bit more exterior insulation wouldn't hurt, though.

I ordered this the night before my flight as I had to keep 6 Zepbound syringes cold for a six hour domestic USA flight. To make matters worse, I had to arrive four hour early to get my dog into cargo and we hit heavy, heavy traffic on the way. So I was faced with keeping them cold for over 18 hours. The item arrived at 8am from Amazon, therefore I had only four hours to freeze the cold packs. Surprisingly, they kept my syringes fairly cold (or cool?) for 18 hours (also with a small baggy of ice from a helpful flight attendant). I think it would've worked even better if I had had the 12 recommended hours to freeze the cold packs sufficiently. Note, I had to cut out two of the inner sleeves to make room for all six syringes. If I had only four syringes, I wouldn't have needed to do so.

very good!! bought this to go to florida (in august, very very hot) and to bring my boyfriends insulin pens into disney world to keep them cool and stored. it’s kinda big, obviously it says it’s big but it’s a tiny bit bigger than i thought. it easily fits into your bag and you just slide the pens in there, we fit as many pens as we needed in there and still had some room left over. very sturdy and the zipper works nicely. the only thing is that it didn’t keep cool for as long as we wanted it to, which wasn’t a huge issue for us personally because by the top it started to “warm up” we were heading back to our hotel and it wasn’t a big issue. if you’re thinking about getting these i would definitely do it :) i would buy again

I bought this to take Wegovy with me from the west coast of the US to Europe, and then recently Zepbound when my provider changed the medication. Two boxes (8 doses) of Wegovy fit very nicely along with the ice pack, if the internal sleeve envelopes are removed (easy, just peel them off). Zepbound (4 doses) works, but is a tighter fit. If you need more than a 4 week supply, you may have to find a solution out of the original pharmacy box, which can cause complications in some airport security systems at the moment. I am sure that they will adapt, but for me, this is a good way to carry medications which are improving my health

This is perfect for travel. Kept my meds cold from 5 am until 10pm that night. No melting at all so suspect it would keep it cold for twice that long at least. Good quality also

I’ve used this case several times when traveling. It kept my injectables cold until I could place them in a refrigerator at my destination. I just need to remember to pick them up after TSA scanning……
