I was worried as there were not may ratings but all had 5 stars. My package arrived in great shape mainly because it was well packed with all the accessories promised intact. I was able to load a tape right in and it worked great as promised. It was worth paying a little more to get something that works. I only need a VHS unit to convert a few videos to digital, and I think this unit will do that and last much longer. I miss my VCR tapes. I purchased this refurbished. I received it. It was better than new. There was extra accessories with it to bring it up to today’s date of TVs. I love it.
