I've tried a lot of probiotics for my bloating and digestion issues, but none have been as effective as this one. It helped to eliminated bloating problems and indigestion to a great extent. Definitely purchase the product highly recommend it!!

I took this product on a daily basis for 3 weeks. The result is positive, digestion has really improved. However, I think it is important to note that some people may have a side effect in the form of constipation. It's sounds weird, but it's true (Here I am only describing my experience). And this is why I set 4 stars instead of 5. After I stopped taking this supplement, the constipation stopped and my digestion improved, as promised by the manufacturer.

I like it is only 100 million to test my stomach first, i feel a little bit better during my sleep specially if i ate and slept directly, may it will improve on the long run, definitely will keep taking and maybe upgrading to higher dosage after a finishing this one. Good one thanks
