my oldest had her first job in a gym where she was on her feet all shift and had to lift and move equipment to clean. she started having pains in her legs and feet and even after getting better quality sneakers with good support and compression socks her legs just hurt. using this before her shifts in a pattern she found on the internet helped so much we ended up having to get more.

Much better adhesion than what I found at local drugstores. Have been able to wear for days.

The product packaging was already opened when I removed it from the packing envelope. There are 2 pink strips missing. Package says pink 25 qty, blue 25 qty. I only got 23 pink strips in the box. The strips are very sticky and remove themselves from the backing paper very easily. I have not tried them yet, therefore I’m unsure how the quality is.

The adhesive is very irritating to my skin not like KT tape and the smell is a strong chemical smell. Now I will say I do have sensitive skin so there is that. You cannot wear the strips for longer than a day or its very hard to take off and when you do you might loose some skin. I did try taking it off in the shower and it was still very hard to get off. For the purpose of supporting my knees it works during workouts but I don't plan to purchase these again.

Package had been open as indicated by broken paper seals. I have not counted if any of the 50 kinesiologies tapes were missing.

Product works well. When removing a strip they all stick together. Packaging ripped

This product caused major skin irritation including blisters!
