VAN BEEKEN Pocket Umbrella, Automatic Stormproof and Windproof Umbrella

The media could not be loaded.  I was pleasantly surprised when I received the umbrella. It looked and felt expensive, the umbrella case was a lovely colour of red and has the brand name on it. A zip opens the case and inside is the umbrella with a rain cover, a zip on the raincover enables the umbrella to be easily placed back in the cover. The handle of the umbrella has a rubberised feel making it easy to grip and also has a wrist strap. What makes this umbrella the easiest I have ever used is that it has a button on the handle, one press and the umbrella opens completely and it is just a simple to close again, just press the button again and it closes again to its compact size which is just over 11 inches, just close the strap around it and place back in the rain cover and back in to the case. This umbrella is strong and robust but at the same time small enough to pop in your bag. A great deal of thought has gone into producing not only the umbrella but how it is presented and the beautiful case. This would make a great gift for someone and has that feel of luxury.

This umbrella is great, saved my hands whilst busy with the baby. Easy to use and practical, strong and sturdy, protected from the storm and rain we’ve just had, hands were helped by the self open and close by the push of a button.. Teflon coating meant the umbrella was dry and ready to be folded up so no rust would build when closed for long periods. Great case, very lightweight and durable, would recommend this product.

I am a heavy umbrella user and I know immediately this umbrella is much better than what I have had. It is what it says it does: 1.) its wider grasp handle allows you to hold it well and comfortably at all times; 2) the material is durable and it is crafted so well; 3) it can withstand strong winds and 4.) the easy opening and closing is really user friendly and I don't need to exert much efforts to pull it down to fold into short piece. Yes it is handy to carry, but I honestly think the hard case is not much needed. I would not carry it with me as it is bulky and I would prefer the umbrella without the hard case when travelling. Overall, this umbrella will last with me (if not being lost).

Not used it very much bec it's summer and I was disappointed when it arrived that it is heavier than I expected, but then when the wind is up and it's raining I'm so glad to have it bec it's so sturdy. Yet to use it in winter tho. Love the push button opening. Tough to close actually - have to press it against my body to get it to click in! But still worth it I think! Love the red colour and the sleeve is great, easy to slide brolly in.Doesn't completely shed water like someone said in the reviews. It was still wet after shaking vigorously.Handle also disappointing bec it's a kind of slippery resin material, not as grippy as it should be for a sturdier brolly.

For more years than I care to remember I've bought cheap umbrellas, and with the rain came the wind that blew the brolly inside out. This umbrella appears well constructed with quality materials. This umbrella makes a change to the flimsy umbrella's that I have previously owned. Straight out of the Amazon packaging you could tell it was going to be good. The umbrella came presented in a lovely protective case. By pressing the button on the umbrella, it pops straight open. The strong ribs lock into place and will withstand a lot of wind without turning inside out. Although it is strong and made from good materials, it is still lightweight. It opens easily and closely in the same manner. Pressing the button automatically closes the umbrella.

When my product arrived I was extremely happy with it. It comes in a very sturdy case that’s a really pretty colour. The umbrella itself then has another case over it with a zip which make it easy to put in and out. When I pushed the button I was surprised how quickly and seamlessly it went up and the save when I pushed the button and it went down. It’s an umbrella that I can actually take up and down using just one hand. It’s the perfect size and works great in the wind unlike some others I’ve orebiousky owned. I will certainly be recommending this product to all my friends and family

Love the colour and the apparent sturdiness of this umbrella.Excellent quality canopy!Single handed use is easy with this product.Reasonably lightweight and the choice of covers are an excellent addition.Not sure about longevity, feels like it may not last as long as one may hope, but in fairness it's early days and I have had no issues so far, so will wait and see.Would recommend - seems well worth the cost.

The umbrella is high quality, robust, sturdy and easy to use with the automatic open & close button situated on the non-slip handle. When up, the umbrella is of good size giving plenty of protection against the wind and rain. When not being used, the umbrella stores neatly in the zipped sleeve, and it also benefits from having a hard zipped case which is ideal when storing it in the car or house etc. It represents good value and as a plus, it’s also a great colour. I would recommend this umbrella to anyone looking for a quality umbrella.
