This product has changed my sleeping! Being hormonal and over 50, sleep, which had always been easy for me, became rough! I was waking all night long. My therapist recommended this product for mental clarity and help with sleep, and I'm so glad she did! It took about 3 weeks to build up in my system, but now I do not go without it! I even take it with me when I travel.

I've tried everything to fix my interrupted sleep. I wake up after 4.5 hours no matter what. This hasn't kept me asleep through the night, but it's reduced the amount of time it takes me to fall back asleep SIGNIFICANTLY. I fall back asleep within 5 to 15 minutes, sometimes almost immediately. Paired with the magnesium they sell is well worth the money. It works without the magnesium, but with the magnesium I feel more rested when I wake up, like I slept two hours longer then I really did. You will feel very drowsy and your eyes will feel heavy when you wake up before falling back asleep, and that can carry over to when you actually get out of bed, but it doesn't take long to shake it off at all. Once you walk around for a few minutes and drink some water you'll feel normal.

Bought this to help sleep as it clearly says that on the bottle. And I was wide awake all night My eyes did not want to close and my mind was racing. My mistake for not reading thru all reviews as I now see many others say the same thing. Don’t recommend if you want to sleep

After seeing this review, Momentous contacted me an offered a refund. What a gem of a company. ___ Momentous makes really high quality products, so that isn't the issue and I'm an active user of their amazing Creatine. However...this supplement was supposed to help me sleep more deeply and not wake up as much during the night - and if I did be able to get back to sleep more quickly. But I had a harder time falling asleep and going back to sleep once woken up so it isn't for everyone.

Phenomenal stuff, really helps with a deeper sleep and I have hashimotos!

I first heard about this on the Huberman Labs podcast. I was skeptical as I am with all supplements, but this really works. I have been waking up every night at 3am and having a lot of trouble falling back asleep (usually for well over an hour). I noticed a difference almost right away after starting this. I still am waking up at 3am, but I go right back to sleep after a quick trip to the bathroom (10 minutes tops to get back to sleep). There's no clear timing of when to take it, but I've been taking it right at bedtime and that's working. Definitely give this a try if you're on the fence.

I definitely notice that I don’t wake up in the middle of the night when I take these. So that’s good evidence for me that it helps regulate blood sugar levels

Something happened with the formulation of this lot. I can totally tell because it is making me stay awake at night now. I have moved from taking them around dinner to now lunch, and that has helped. The size of each pill has also dramatically changed. I will get values and make another review to show.
