I dont know if he will ever see this but I am really impressed by his customer care and politeness and the note he left with the smiley face on it. :-)The washingline of course, being a Brabantia is perfect and exactly what it is supposed to be. It really doesnt get any better than this. This is my 3rd Brabantia line in 40 years... the last one was a small 3 arm I gave to my mum as she needed a smaller one so we swapped. This one is to replace the rust bucket creaky old line she swapped for. I had had that line since my children were babies and as they are young adults now, a 5 year warranty goes a long long way. That line will out live my mum. My first line was one my nan gave me and pretty sure that was at least 10 years old then. I loved that line but had to leave it behind when I moved as it was concreted in. This new one is to replace that. I could wax lyrical about Brabantia washing lines, but if you know, then, you know. Dont waste money on cheap imitations or inferior brands, save up get a Brabantia, it will last you forever. (assuming you dont concrete it in or swap it with your mum!) Perfect washing line, easy to use, individual lines that dont get tangled, and as its a lift o matic is really easy to put up and down and have at different heights (important for the vertically challenged like myself) has a really nice cover and a decent lawn spike as well. All in all worth the money.

A great product which was bought for a family member. We've had our brababtia washing line for nearly ten years. Really well built and reliable. If you look after it it will last for years. It is well worth buying a cover for it. A really pleasing look with great aesthetics. Easy to operate and to fold down and then store. Uses very little space- simple but ingenious. The cover ensures that it stays waterproof but easily stored in a garden shed for example. Dries clothes really well and catches the wind easily. One of the best products for the home or gift for people setting up a home. You will need to look at online videos to ensure that the ground spike is set correctly.

Sounds silly, but I love this rotary clothes line! Being able to air the laundry outside and having so much drying space has made a huge difference. I debated whether to get the 50 or 60m length, and gave serious consideration to the diameter versus size of the garden (all dimensions are available from Brabantia, but some suppliers gave confusing information) The 50m length is easily long enough - I think the product details suggest that it’s enough for 4 loads at a time! This size just about fits the width of a double bed sheet on the outermost lines. I chose a package which included the cover (although to be honest I don’t think that the frame would rust) but it keeps the airer neat and tidy when folded. It’s very unlikely that I’ll remove it when not in use, but the cap to cover the hole is a nice touch, and the lawn mower passes easily over it. I wasn’t expecting to receive the peg bag, which simply clips onto the line - but it’s both a practical and stylish addition. Knocking the spike into the lawn was a bit tricky but I managed. I think this is a more expensive brand than others, but it’s a high quality product and well worth the investment. Amazon offered the best deal for this product and it was delivered the next day. Very impressive.

Difficult to install when using the concrete mount fitting,(Difficult to level up) but finally achieved an upright level position. The product is of a good construction and easy to use and store in its storeage bag when not in use.

Love this washing line. Easy to use, feels well made and built to last. As the lines are individually secured at each point there is no tangling or uneven hanging. Also the ratchets on the post make it easy to put up quickly - and has a release button so can go down quickly too. Love the cover and peg bag too. Very pleased with it.

Fantastic product. Sturdy and large. Was fortunate to get this at a good price. Holds laundry like curtains and blankets extremely well. Difficult to put massive spike into ground but that's not the products issue. Once in - extremely solid. Definitely recommend.

Good quality easy to use and lots of line space, the cover not quite as good will tear easily so you have to be careful.Overall worth every penny.

This is a simple and effective design. The materials are sturdy and or good quality.

We got the first one we ordered, and fulfilled by Amazon, in a tattered box and missing 2 of the 3 accessories that were part of the package. Plus, I think there was something wrong with the lifting mechanism itself. We decided to request a replacement and the second one came complete and perfectly packaged. I’ve been using it for a couple weeks now and it’s awesome. Easy to raise, tons of drying space and when you’re done you close it up, put on the nice cover, lift it out of the holder, and put it in the garage. I can’t be happier and highly recommend this item.

Super happy with my “Solar and wind powered clothes dryer!” I gave it 4🌟on easy to set up only because it can be a pain I the butt to get the stake into hard ground like mine. Dry and rocky but the post is secure now without concrete and has held up well to several heavy loads of towels and sheets. I’m sure it will pay for itself soon! Super easy to put up and take down. I like that the arms have little guides in them for the long lines. Don’t settle for NOT having that as that was my old one and it caught the lines and wore on them as well as making the open/close much harder. Came with an attached wrap for securing the lines when closed before you put the provided cover on it. (Yes! You get a nice zippered cover!!!! ) I hang my red ground cap on the secure strap when it is open so I don’t loose it! It is notch on the red cap and it fits perfectly. Good design detail. Anyhow. Just buy it if you are thinking about it. I’m a short 5’3 and it is no problem to reach lines if that is a concern to short gals like me.Update on 9/25/22Been using this all month and LOVE it! I wish I had purchased sooner in the summer as fall is now here and Michigan winter is around the corner.I thought I should say that I take this in and out of my garage so it is not left up on a continual basis and it has held up to that. Even the cover! I’m sure at some point I will have to replace the cover which keeps the lines clean and from catching on anything as I take it in and out. Also makes mowing less of a hassle to not have to maneuver around a permanent post in the yard.Bottom line! If you love the smell and feel of line dried clothes towels and sheets, just buy it. If not, you can soften them up in the dryer a bit and still save money on electricity. I consider that I pay myself to do the work instead of paying the electric company!!!Follow up in fall of 2024!This is still as awesome as it was two years ago. I do put it up and take it down when done and store it in my garage when not in use. I’ve recommended this to friends and neighbors as well. Still woks like new.
