Do you have a 2-3 in chair riser with 1 in diameter

We do not currently have a 2-3" chair riser with 1" diameter; however, we do have a 2" chair riser with 2" diameter - please see Slipstick CB512 or CB512OB. We also have a 1" riser with 2" diameter - please see Slipstick CB511 or CB511OB.

I have a sofa with short round legs would these work on them??

That's how my sofa legs are, and it worked great. Of course, the legs must fit in the top of the lift.

will these work on a recliner chair???

It depends on the recliner's legs. If they are individual post-type legs (not sure that's the proper term), they should work. Be careful the recliner doesn't exert any sideways force on the lifts; they are designed to support mostly vertical force.
