I haven’t used these yet so I can’t comment on their functionality.But I should have checked the size. They’re small. Maybe big enough for one person’s portion.But not big enough for a salmon fillet. You’d need to cut it in two or three and use two or three planks.

In the end I should have paid more attention to the dimensions. The planks worked well but were smaller than I was thinking of in my brain.

Order came quickly and the planks are very well made. Trout came out perfectly and the planks can be reused, they didn't warp and crack like other brands. Highly recommend!

Three boards were warped and one was cracked. I will never buy again.
