12 (Approx.) Threequarter Inch, 3/4 inch (1.9 cm) Tap Washers, Suitable for baths and sinks with 20mm pipework

Arrived on time no problems until I checked them - they were incorrectly labled - they were labled 3/4 inch washers but inside the packaging they were 1 inch washers.Despite a number of messages and photos, such as attached, they keep sending me a hyperlink about measuring taps!! If you buy stuff from these guys then carefully check the size you ordered is what you getUPDATE! -1st OctoberI finally got them to give me a return address - NEW SALES LTD, Spaces, The Charter Building, Uxbridge, UB8 1JG, and I sent back, using first class post, the item at my expense. They are now saying, over a week later, that they have not received anything - I have sent them proof of posting but they are still not admitting having received anything. I feel they are just putting me off. I cannot recommend this company NEW SALES LTD. at all, and would advise to steer clear of them!

Hole in the centre is small, restricting water flow.

This 3/4 inch size of washer is used in many older bath and sink taps.Tap washers were originally sized according to the size of the threaded connection into the bottom of the tap, this means the name of the washer doesn't match up with it's actual physical size.Approx physical measurement : 1 inch (25mm) diameter.As I required a washer for a modern tap I did a bit of fiddling and cutting by reducing the 1" to 3/4", this did the job nicely.Value for money.

They seem well made to the job intended.
