I never write reviews however this deserves a fantastic review. To begin I got the two seat, loveseat couch. The price of it, made me hesitate. Like it is a lot of money to put down on a piece of furniture and I have never sat in it before. Both of those things made me worry that it would let me down.After going thru a few reviews and looking at other couches, I decided on the love seat. After I paid for it I was then worried for the next few days about what if the item gets damaged in transit. I ended up just dealing with the anxiety, and luckily the couch came earlier than it said. And the boxes that it came in were in great condition, but due to how they package it I think it can handle a lot.Because the couch was boxed into two boxes it made for moving it into the house easy. Setting it up was even easier; it was super simple. It really was just a few steps. Then came the big test… seeing how comfortable it is. It is amazing!!! Absolutely fantastic!The only thing that I noticed was the when I set it up the two sides of the love seat did not connect together. I thought that maybe I missed a piece or something and messaged the seller about it. They quickly sent out a metal connector and even sent me a video about how to connect it to the couch. All of it was included in the price that I already paid for it. Therefore, the customer service was fantastic and nice.Overall, I would buy this couch again. It’s comfortable. It feels sturdy. It looks fancy. The reclining and the features all work perfectly. Like I have no issues with this loveseat at all. And then the cherry on top, is that the customer service was amazing.

These are absolutely awesome. I was lucky to catch a sale on them so got a really good price. The quality is outstanding and support is excellent. They were very helpful and sent me the brackets to hold them together so they wouldn’t move. Leather feels and looks high quality and they are super comfortable. Nice storage options and a tray table. My only complaint which is not bad but they should include the brackets when you buy more than 2 of them. But again, support was amazing and they shipped them to me free of charge. Go ahead and order them, you wont regret it.

Great chairs. Very comfortable. Easy to operate. Only complaint is the built in table and quality of the arm rest. Not sturdy or easy to use. Otherwise a good purchase so far. Should also come with a way to connect them at their base.

Chair was extremely easy to setup, just set the base and slide the back onto the support rails, plug in the wire for the headrest (that can't be plugged in wrong) and plug it into the wall. Less than a minute if you know where you're putting it. The chair feels very premium, genuine leather is super soft and comfortable, stitching is excellent and the memory foam seat is comfortable for long viewing sessions or a nap if you need one. Storage in the armrests is really good, you can store quite a bit in them for easy access. Cup holders are large enough for oversize tumblers and have the LED rings around them to see where to put your glass back in the dark but you can turn them off if you don't want the distraction. Everything on the chair itself as far as hardware like the metal frame, hinges, side table mount, etc is good quality, solid metal that feels like it will last and is not cheap pot metal that you would get on cheaper furniture that doesn't last 2 years. Recliner and headrest are super smooth to use and shut off automatically when fully extended or retracted. USB port in the chair supports fast charging on my old Galaxy S10 which is also nice. About the only thing I can think of that's a slight down side would be the LED lighting, which is good if you like blue, but it would be cool to be able to change it. Overall I am more than happy with the purchase and look forward to years of comfortable viewing for movies and TV. Highly recommend it for someone looking for truely premium theater seating.

Chairs are excellent, setup was a breeze, and customer support is top notch.My only negatives were that the tray tables don’t stow away in the chair unless you take it apart, the tray tables are on the flimsy side, I had to ask for chair connectors to be sent (which they were promptly), and that the chairs themselves are a little on the short side length wise (I’m 5’7” and my feet reach the end of the chairs). Also can’t daisy chain the power supply, so each chair needs its own outlet plug.Chairs are comfy, move smoothly, and are sturdy. For the price, they’re the best thing I could find and are a great value. Combined with the great support, I’d definitely recommend them

These chairs are even better than I expected them to be! We originally ordered the turbo theater seats from Watsons, but after a 3 month delivery delay, we decided to cancel that order and take a chance on these! I was very hesitant ordering online because you never really know what you’re gonna get in terms of comfort and quality. However, these chairs really impressed me! They are just as good of quality and just as comfortable, if not more comfortable, than the ones we originally wanted from Watsons. The delivery showed up in a week, they look flawless and work perfectly! They even came with a leather conditioner. The top and the bottom of the chair come apart so it made carrying them down to our basement a breeze and they were super simple to assemble! The seller was very responsive and sent us tracking information as soon as get shipped without us even having to ask, which I greatly appreciate. The delivery was incredibly smooth fedex dropped them off right in my garage. Overall very happy with our purchase and can’t recommend these chairs enough.
