This cap has been so helpful for me post concussion. I bought 2 so I can use it 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off as recommended by my doctor. I felt like the regular ice packs were too hard for my head but these caps are comfortable and relaxing. I recommend them highly.

This hat is perfect for what I needed. It gets nice and cold, but not so cold that it burns my scalp through my hair. It helps calm everything down. I’m going to pick up a few more so I can have multiple on hand when migraines strike. If you have a large head, this may not fit you.

This is cold! I had to wait 5-10 minutes after pulling it out of the freezer before I could wear it for any length of time. My primary purpose in purchasing this particular cap out of the many options was that it was not open on the top because half my headaches are at the top of my head. The cap is a snug fit and a bit heavy so if you are looking for a compression feel, then this is perfect. There is a stitch down the center that does not have any gel and thus does not get cold but the cold disperses well once worn so this is really a non-issue. The picture doesn't show but the cap is slightly tapered on two sides. That means that if you want the cold to kind of hit the back of your neck or more onto your forehead, then you wear it one direction. Wearing it the other direction covers your ears more. Overall, I am happy with the product. It seems to offer the same relief as an ice bag, which sometimes is the only thing that will manage a headache if not completely get rid of it. Finally, it came in a nice cardboard box with a guarantee instead of just packaged in a plastic bag. I thought that was a nice touch.

When my son gets his hair cut, his scalp is always so sensitive to the point of being painful to the touch, itchy and open to irritation and inflammation ; since using these cooling caps, he has noticed a significant difference in the comfort and healing features he now experiences after getting a haircut! Very good purchase and well worth the cost of having a better experience after barbering.

It is a snug fit which I do not mind because to me that seems to help relieve a little bit of pressure. It does not stay cold for very long though. I have left it in the freezer for several days and at best, I get about 10 minutes out of it.

I've been having headaches almost everyday and I'm trying to stop taking so much medicine for it. It feels really comfortable on. My head is on the small size, so the back comes down halfway down my neck. It is stretchy, so will fit most people I think. There is no gel in the ear area, so your ears won't get cold. My husband wants to wear it in the summer when he mows haha. That gave me the idea to wear it when working out to keep cool, so I may try that. I'll be buying several more.

Easy to use, freezes well, comfortable, helps relieve pain, works well. The bonnet probably would have fit perfect but my sisters head was swollen from a brain tumor.
