Q: do they stow away well?

I guess so, they don't fold and the feet don't swivel once assembled, but they don't take up too much space

Q: Im 6ft 4 is it comfortabel to use

Im about 5‘8. Its a nice well made piece of kit. It is free standing but feels reasonably stable.

Q: Would the xxl ones be suitable for full range or motion dips for someone 6ft 2" tall. don't want my knees to hit the floor.

Since the XXL ones are 31 inches high (2.583333 feet), if your upper legs (quadriceps) aren't too long, then it should be fine - especially if your arms are long. Although I'm not 100% sure. It's always good to check the dimensions before ordering.

Q: Are these really strong enough to lie one bar on its side to do elevated pike push ups?

I'be not tried it but they are durable enough for this, yes
