Does this battery have BEM code ?

The BEM code is purely a code just for German market to monopolise the business. All you need to do is take the original BEM code and swap the last 2 digits round. This has no effect on what battery is fitted, it is purely to reset the charging system and tell the ECU a battery has been changed.

Will this fit a Jaguar xf 2014 sportsbrake ?

I fitted mine to my 2016 Jaguar XF and it has been very good. Can't comment on the 2014 XF but if the battery is equivalent spec? My previous 2013 Jag XF had two batteries, one for the stop/start system so worth checking?

Battery arrived with low voltage! Below minimum only 50% charged! Am I expected to charge it or send it back! Guess what I ordered it to use not as a spare as you do at £162.00 what next!!! Shall I walk!! I already had a battery that was old not holding voltage, but possibly better than the new one!
