One of my favorite budget trout rods
I had the 7ft light but wanted to get another for my bait and weight trout game. This one (being a 7.6 light) was perfect for throwing half ounce Carolina rigs far. It has a good tip for detecting bites, but a backbone for big fish. It’s a two piece and it’s compact for on the go. Pretty strong build quality, and the grey color scheme looks good. My only gripe is that the reel seat sometimes unscrews for no reason, but that isn’t that big of a deal. Great job Okuma.

JUNK Rod broke simply spooling line
The rod tip broke spooling up the reel with line..Rod has never seen the water or been casted and it's garbage ...return window is 15 days past so I have $60 piece of junk .should be 0 stars rating

Missing parts...
Received the rod in a timely manner. Had to wait a few weeks before I could set it up with my reel. When I opened the package, I only had one of the two pieces that was supposed to be included.
