Loved the One That Worked. Disappointed One Arrived Broken I ordered two of these facial rollers, one for me and one for my daughter. We were excited to try them together, and the one that arrived in good condition has been amazing! It feels cool and soothing on the skin, helps reduce puffiness, and adds a relaxing touch to our skincare routine. The roller glides smoothly and feels high quality. Unfortunately, the second one arrived broken, which made it completely unusable. That was a big letdown, especially since it was meant to be a shared experience. Still, the one we were able to use has been great, so I’d recommend it but definitely check yours as soon as it arrives.

So refreshing and the perfect size. But zero ways to take it apart and clean it, so only use on clean skin. Helps with puffy, tired eyes, doubles as a nice way to cool down.

I keep it in the fridge and roll it over my eyes first thing in the morning. It is hygienic and takes up very little space in the fridge shelf. Every few days I roll it on a cotton pad with rubbing alcohol to keep it clean.

The size and ease of use is ok. But the product only stays cold for a few passes.
