This flagpole and mount is a game changer. For years I've had my flag mounted on the aluminum poles that home with the flag. The last one rusted so badly it was embarrassing and i habitually had to unwrap my twisted flag - weekly. Enter this pole and bracket. It took 20 minutes to replace the bracket (I got stainless steel 2" #10 screws as some of you recommended, thank you!) and put the flag on the pole. That was two months ago and I have yet to have to unwind it. We've had some pretty strong winds/storms and the pole is holding up fine. I recommend giving this one a shot, doubt you'll be unhappy you did.

At first I had my doubts. But then after putting it together I have to say it's a good item. It has the benefit of deciding how long or short you want it to be. The flag is not getting tangled.

It is very sturdy and strong and our NASCAR flag we put on it hangs very well on it. You also tried our American flag on it too it hung very well too.

This is a wonderful flag pole! The length is adjustable so you can use it with different flags. It was very easy to assemble and easy to hang the flag.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Sturdy and easy to put together. Also relatively light weight but not so light that it will fly away.

I bought this flag pole, but not sure I would recommend it to others. It came i 4 pieces and was easy to put together. However, when you turned the joints together it would get tight, the next turn it was loose again. Almost like it was stripped. I ended up putting a small piece of electrical tape on the male end of the joint and this seems to have helped. When hanging my flag the weight of it makes the pole bend at the middle joint.(see picture). I don't want the hassle of returning so I will see how it goes.

The white pole looks really nice. I like that it comes in three pieces so you can fit the pole together. Arrived in a small box. I will say, it does still get tangled from time to time.
