I wouldn't have thought to use it for that. Most place such as apartments and rental housing seem to always have white ceilings. A lot of people like white ceilings. As for me, they are ok but what else can you do to change the look of your ceiling. You can paint another color. Maybe even add texture designs to it. I decided to use the foil to create a floating ceiling. It turned out to be amazing. I get compliments left and right from people visiting. It's the first thing they say they notice when the walk in. Then the say they notice other artistic displays they pay compliments to. It's a good feeling getting positive feedback unexpectedly. I'm not concern about the dislikes and likes of others opinions. If I like it, it's my goal uf others like it, it's validation that my art can be appreciated. It look way better in person. Review: Does the job! - Wasnโt sure what to expect- purchased to use in my sauna bag. Big enough to wrap around my entire body - keeps sweat in, protecting my sauna bag ( and promoting more sweating)

Lifetime supply of emergency blankets
These pack small and make it easy to store a few in your car, suitcase, purse or just about wherever you could possible need them. Definitely a must when camping, backpacking or just about anything outside. Iโm not sure if they are Mylar or just a thin plastic but they seem to do the job of keeping you warm none the less. They seem less noisy than emergency blankets of my past. And I was able to actually refold the blanket and put it back in the plastic bag, something that wasnโt possible with those in the past. The possibilities for these are endless and for the price this is a no brainer. Having a supply at hand makes what ifs into donโt worry about it! Good buy

Works good, a bit thin
These foils worked as expected in my sauna blanket. They are pretty fragile compared to others that I've tried. It can rip fairly easily, so be mindful of that. Otherwise these are decent for the price.

WOW! An unbelievable value... for a fantastic product. ๐๐ป๐
These space-blankets have innumerable uses... Literally! Although I plan on keeping these on hand mainly for survival/emergency purposes, they can also be used for ultralight/minimalist trekking, wrapping up at fall/winter sports games, and, yes... I have even used one as a liner in my infrared sauna-blanket. At a little more than 4 ft. wide and almost 7 ft. long, they are amply sized to get the job done. They're also made of a material that is stronger and more resilient than you would think... I am super happy with this find. And, the value is obviously incredible! Overall, five stars... and definitely recommended. ๐๐ป๐

Great emergency blankets
I am very pleased with these thermal blankets. They come in a very compact package and are perfect for 72 hour kits and emergency preparedness, or just to have a car in case the unthinkable happens. They work well, and I got the smallest size listed in the packaging, but it was still more than big enough to cover me like a blanket. I highly recommend!

Must have for the car, go bag, etc
These are small enough to toss in a glove compartment, purse, backpack or even stick in your pocket. They do work well to retain your body heat. They are also durable enough to be re-used a few times but good luck folding it fifty times to get it back into the original packing though. Hopefully I won't ever really have to do that. With so many of these, I have enough to give to my entire family to have for emergencies.

This is a good deal on sixty space blankets
These "emergency blankets" are made of what used to be called Mylarยฎ, which I have been familiar with for 67 years, since a family friend in the aerospace industry sent me a square of it when I was five years of age, along with a picture of a high altitude balloon made from it. They were introduced to the public as "Space Blankets". The insulating qualities of Mylar are famous. I'll be using it in my sauna as suggested, when cold weather comes back; my sauna performs much better in warm weather, and extra insulation isn't necessary during summer (and it may take that long for me to find a reliable sauna pot, as I've been though four in eighteen months). In my area, firefighters carry these blankets for protection against flashover, and I intend to back up my living room curtains with them for the summer, to reflect as much heat as possible back out the window. These blankets truly have a thousand uses. All experienced backpackers know about them, and most who pack at high altitudes carry them. They might even make suitable trade goods for Sasquatch encounters, useful for making turbans and loincloths, and for sleeping on the cold, bare ground. In any event, I have bought these blankets quite a few times, and in recent years the price has been anywhere from about $8 to $15 each--so in terms of economics alone, this box of sixty blankets makes sense, a very good buy.
