Purchased the scale 1/21/2024. Within a few weeks itstopped functioning. Troubleshooting made it clear it was the receiver. It would not take a charge. Contacted the seller and received an email in very broken English indicating it was up to me to find someone who could repair it. Have tried to contact them since and received no replies. The product is still under warranty, but no one seems to be willing to correct the problem. Just send me a new receiver for crying out loud!Finally heard back from ExGizmo. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER! They seem to think I sbould go out and find my own repairman for an electronic reciever that is proprietary to their product. Just how am I supposed to do that? They initially offered to compensate me a whole $30 for the reciever but indicated they do not sell the reciever seperately. So how is that helpful? Then they offered me $100 for a scale for which I paid twice that. Initially, I would have been glad to return the scale for a full refund or exchange, but now, I am really put out with them for what is exceptionally poor customer service. My only recourse seems to be to warn whomever to stay away from this company. It was purchased to weigh my dogs. Since I am a member of several Facebook forums related to caring for dogs, I will be warning others on those forums to avoid ExGizmo.

Seems super accurate. Can be charged so you can carry it somewhere away from a plug and still use it.

We have been using this scale to weigh my daughter's pig. It is a 4H market animal. Weight matters. We discovered tonight that this scale is WAY off. I do not see a way to calibrate it. $200 bucks for a scale that doesn't work and now the stress of not knowing what he pig weighs. If it will be accepted into the auction or not. Do not recommend this product!

The scale reader bounces all over. One minute it'll 10+ next it say -3 it's so inaccurate which isn't helpful when you're trying to weigh your market animal for the county fair. Were back to square one, wondering if we'll make weight.

Will not charge and will not turn back on

Easy to use, extremely accurate! Easy to stow away when not in use! I use this for so much more than I thought I would! Weighing package, luggage and so much more! Definitely 5-stars, highly recommend!

Got this to weigh animals and this scale makes it easy to load them on and get an accurate reading. I love that it’s stainless steel so it’s easy to wipe down messes and sanitize. Has a handle for easy transportation and I love that the screen has a stretchable cord. Perfect for mobile vets and farmers. It’s not super heavy so it can be carried one handed.Only annoying part was the unboxing. The scale came wrapped in sticky plastic to protect the stainless steel. It was a pain to peel it all off. Also had to screw on the legs and handle. Other than that, scale works great! Already came charged, so it was good to go.
