Very good product works well

Originally ordered this product because it was a great price point, had a big screen and had a physical volume knob. Aesthetically it is very pleasing and it is exactly what I was looking for. The user manual is absolutely terrible and the diagram for the wiring harness is backwards and confusing. I was able to figure the wiring harness out and got it all hooked up and working. After playing around with it for a few minutes I ran across a lot of issues. Navigating the platform is difficult, I feel like it is missing the basic functions. To me it seems like this is a brand new product and they haven’t worked out all of the bugs. After getting it hooked up and started I immediately found out that there is no audio. My I phone hooked up easily through CarPlay and showed that it was connected but no audio came through. Tried for many hours to fiddle with settings and nothing worked. I then tried to contact customer service and there is no link to directly contact them. After that struggle I was able to get a message to them and the response time is absolutely horrible. As a result I decided to return the product. I’ve since ordered a product from another manufacturer. If the customer service was better and they could help me with the issues I would have gladly kept the product. My emphasis is this, potential for a great product but there are issues that need to be fixed and this company needs to invest more in their customer service. Disappointing.

Unit worked except for the reverse camera. It came on but the image was scrambled. I was issued a refund with no issue.

I was told it needed a $500.00 installation kit for my 2012 armada. So I never installed it.

you get what you pay for cheap quality and material, this product is huge but the quality on this is so bad... apple car play barely works and this only sounds sorta good when phone is close to screen, sound quality is so bad and top volume is not even loud. but its pretty.

Trash don’t even power on been on the bike 3 weeks no water no nothing just trash don’t buy

Can’t figure out how to get the bt CarPlay to work all that I can get to come on is the normal bt player
