the First time buying them everyone love them flavor and texture. But this recent order 6/2/2023 was awful, the inside of bag smelled like chemicals and the bear tasted chemical like. Almost like detergent. It sure a way to dampen the enjoyment of the first bag to get another ne that was not greatly enjoyment. I have try to reach out to the seller to possible get new bag.

You get a lot for the money and they are so good

Yum! i love Haribo gummy bears! They are one of my favorite gummy bears on the market. This a huge bag of gummy bears and will last me a good while. They are very fresh and have a nice chewy texture. Although the look clumped in the bag, they are not sticky or slimy. They arrived absolutely perfect and have good flavor. My only complaint is that the bag isn't resealable, but i stuck the open bag in a gallon size ziplock and it works fine to keep them fresh.If you are not familiar with Haribo gummies, they do have a bit of a tougher/harder chew than some of the other gummy brands. i like the tougher chew, but if you have sensitive teeth you may not so that's something to consider. Great product though, very pleased.

This 5lb bag is labeled as Haribo Gummy Bears but doesn't have the branding on it so I was a big worried it would not be the same. But, upon trying it, it definitely is genuine Haribo or as close as you can get to the same taste and chewiness as Haribo Gummy Bears. Overall, if you're in the market for a whole lot of gummy bears, I don't think you can go wrong with this bag. The only thing that could have made it better was if it came in a resealable bag... but this problem was easily solved with just dumping it into a gallon sized plastic bag.

These taste good, though I have my doubts about them being authentic Haribo bears. The texture is pretty good, a little on the firm side but definitely not stale. Appearance is not so good, as many of the bears were squished or possibly melted together and lost their cute bearlike appearance and turned into sad misshapen blobs instead. Of course they still taste delicious, but the sad appearance detracts from the quality and limits their uses (I definitely wouldn’t use these as party favors!).There’s a discrepancy with the weight. The product listing says 5 lb, then 72 oz. 72 oz is 4.5 lb. The description also says 2.07 kg, which is 4.56 lb. The package does not provide any info about weight, nutrition, ingredients, or country of origin. What you can see in the photo is what you get; the other side of the package is unprinted.The current price ($29.95, or $0.42 per oz) is not the greatest, as there are brand name Haribo gummy bears in authentic packaging for $21.36 for 5 lb or 2.26 kg ($0.27 per oz) on Amazon—and other brands are even cheaper. If the price were more competitive and you don't care about appearances I’d say it’s a decent product, but paying double the cost for squished bears is not great.
