Tractors have got to be the most vibratory and shaky things in the world and this mount hung on just fine. I also had it in my truck doing 30 through a hay field and no issues. I can't imagine a more practical test for the average user.

I can't believe how strong the magnet is on this 1/4" mount. OMG if I attached it to a super flat surface I would be concerned if if would ever release. To get around this I put a small fabric strip under the magnet to I have a easy pull tab if this super strong magnet refuses to budge. I holds every camera I've attached to it with ease.

I stumbled upon this accessory and thought it was an innovative solution to taking selfies with DSLR cameras. It is easy to use, the magnet is extremely strong, and it is sturdy enough that I’m not worried about it dropping my camera. I’ve brought it on one road trip so far and loved how easy it was to attach to my car to use to take a picture of my family. Will definitely continue using and recommend.

Weak magnet

First , any company selling you a mount that extends, for a camera that it to be mounted to a moving surface, is laughing all the way to the bank with your money . You want low profile , low resistance! These do a great job, stay were you put them and the rubber protects the surface you mount them on . Fit well in travel bags also ! With my action cans the profile works so well they can just rest on a non magnetic surface and deliver as well
