It Does the Job Well
This was just the adapter I needed, after a start trying to use an incorrect cable. It works well, and has enabled the use of an otherwise broken laptop.

Used it on an Apollo Lake DVI port as the DP-driven native HDMI2.0 does not do DTS-HD / TrueHD.

It does the job
It is what it is and it works.It lets me play my nintendo switch oled docked to my monitor.simple and cheap.the only negative is the burled thumbscrews are flush with the body of the adapter so you will need to use a flathead screwdriver to secure the adapter inplace, but that is no problemo as i have flathead screwdrivers.

OK ...But !
Bit flimsy really... Securing the screws were a bit of an issue. They didn't line up correctly, and I had to screw them in at an angle.. then... one of the plastic thumbscrew knobs came loose so couldn't tighten one side up. . Did get it to work though, only cheap so not returning. Maybe I just got a faulty one
