Works great so far on my 1973 Jeep Commando w/ AMC 304 V8!
I was a little hesitant buying a cheap knockoff carburetor thinking I should instead install on my 1973 Jeep Commando a $500 Holley (I like/try to buy American whenever possible). So I initially purchased a Holley 350 Performance 2-barrel (assuming it's still Made in USA...it better be at $500) with a manual choke from Morris 4x4. Expecting to get a shipment notice in a day or so from Morris, a week went by before I called customer service. They then told me they could not ship the carb to California as it was not smog legal even though my '73 Jeep was smog exempt. Cancelled that order. I could have then bought the same Holley from Summit Racing where to deal with California they give the option of clicking a box stating that that the carb will be going on a pre-smog or off road vehicle. Or I could driven two hours to Summit's Sparks, Nevada store and "smuggled" my illegal Holley over the border! The station at Donner Summit only asks if you have fruit or plants...they haven't yet started to ask for illegal carburetors! And that's a big "yet". At this point I decided to rebuild the beat up carb I had taken off with a quality kit from Mike's Carburetors. All good, I set myself up for a carb rebuild then got to trying to remove the main jets for cleaning. The jets were frozen in the carb. I was afraid of galling the brass jets with a screwdriver and bought a $20 Holley jet removal tool at my local auto parts store. Problem solved right? Wrong. The jets were so frozen in the carb that I bent the little tangs on my brand new tool. That's when I started to look more seriously at the Auto Parts Prodigy carbs. What really sold me (besides the $97 price) were the positive reviews especially those with the same engine I have (thank you Jared Stivers). If this carb proved a bust I always had the Holley to go with and I figured the State of California will be a few years away from asking more than if you have just fruit and plants at their border inspection stations (I say that now but the way things are going it could be a lot sooner...). Yesterday was the test fire on my Commando. I invited my carb-whisperer buddy over for the fire up (he has restored a number of old British Sports cars...enough said right!). We made sure the initial timing was set correctly (I had R&R'd the distributer to install a point-less ignition) and checked that the two idle screws were set 1 1/2 turns out each then cranked her over. Took a little cranking to get the float bowl filled but it fired up. After warming up we adjusted the idle screws a bit and the fast idle setting. Adjusted the electric choke as well. The engine produced a nice smooth idle and almost 20 inches of steady vacuum. Test drive was great, no bogs, hesitatation, stumbles, leaks. Plus it fires up instantly after hot. Cold starts are ok too. All in all I'm very happy with this carb so far.

Shockingly good for the money!
I've got this carb running on a carbureted swapped nissan hardbody engine and it runs MINT! Easily the most reliable part of the build so far. That being said If you buy this carb go through and replace all the cotter pins with good ones, the ones on there are made out of butter. I lost the vacuum choke pull off linkage on a test drive. Also it doesn't leak at all, i have no clue what the other people are complaining about.

It works for IH SV engines!
I put this on an old International 345. I had to do a little clearancing on the water neck as well as the accelerator pump arm but it runs so much better than the old Holley. I did have a defective choke pull off on mine but other than that itโs working great for less than $100.Update: Nearly a year and over 10,000 miles later the carb continues to work flawlessly!

Junk
Worked okay for 2 weeks then started dumping fuel out of the accelerator pump and flooding, could've easily burnt my truck to the ground as it was litterally spraying my distributor.

Bravo! Works perfectly out of the box with my 1977 AMC 304 Jeep CJ7 (with 2 little mods)
Ronald Reagan once said Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall and that's exactly what the Chinese (or whoever designed it) did with this carburetor: they tore down the wall of patent protection and/or bias to design the best 2-barrel carburetor money can by. One that incorporates the best features of both the 2100 and 2150 without the worry of infringing on anyone's designs because this is wholly their own, I believe based on other reviews. My Jeep CJ7 has never run better than after I installed this turn-key carb. That's all I did: install it without tinkering with anything and voila: perfection. This is the third carburetor I have installed: actually I had two "master" rebuilt carbs installed by pros and this one I did myself. The first two never ran correctly after countless dollars spent and this one cost $98 bucks plus one $5 brass fitting to adapt my thermostatic line to theirs and running power to the choke and EVERY penny was well spent. Bravo, to whoever designed this and instituted whatever quality control to ensure it worked out of the box perfectly. Hats off, take a bow!

Nothing special
Works good choke a little tricky to adjust

Perfect fit
Popped it on my 1980 ford with a 302 and it runs smooth as silk. Auto choke is different but that doesn't seem to matter.
