UPDATE 3: I love this thing! 2 tricks: if you're on a low setting, you need to stomp-walk to keep it from stopping. The other option is to up the speed, which I've been opting for--more of a workout, which isn't a bad thing! It has been reliable and is such an amazing option to sitting all day. The start up beeping sounds are a bit loud, but other than that it's relatively quiet, even at the highest setting. I keep a towel over it when not in use to keep the cats from sleeping on it directly and to keep dirt from accumulating on it. The cats are allowed to sleep on it with a towel over it though, so extra points as a cat bed. UPDATE 2: I just read S's comment re. the same issue. And semi-stomp walking on the treadmill seems to keep it from stopping! I guess b/c I'm not wearing shoes, the treadmill isn't sensing my walking properly. Believe me, I am not thin by any means, so it's not as if there's nobody on the treadmill. Customer Service should add this into their Troubleshooting Guide. I will add more stars if this thing last a few months. UPDATE: The company sent me a reply after a few days, which is basically 2 full pages of troubleshooting video links to watch regarding taking apart the machine. I will have to wait until I have a a free day to do this. ORIGINAL POST: I wrote customer service. Seems like a decent product, but not if I have to keep starting it literally every 5 seconds. Hoping there's a quick fix, otherwise sending this back will be terrible---it takes 2 people to carry. Nice that you can fit it under a desk though.

I was having trouble choosing between this and another and the other was about $100 more but went to faster speeds. Ultimately I chose this one because I was really getting this to get my steps in while I work at my sit stand and didn’t foresee myself moving the other one around much in order to run on it. I was a little perturbed at first because Amazon noted a Friday delivery date and I didn’t end up getting it until Monday. Now that I have it, though, I’m 100 percent happy and sure I made the right decision. The measurements are exactly as noted and it fits right into my desk foot area so I am able to push it in a bit so that when I walk I am not having to reach forward for my keyboard, it’s all right there. I will update if any issues but so far Im very happy. It’s pretty quiet, as quiet as a treadmill can be! I also bought the Asurion warranty Amazon offers for $25 which says it’s good for 2 years just in case. Hopefully I won’t have to use but when spending $300 & seeing some reviews, I figured it would at least help me feel a bit better! Hope this helps! ***Update: It’s now been two weeks since receiving the treadmill and it is worth EVERY PENNY! I use it intermittently throughout the day M-F when I’m working and usually do 1.8-2.2 easily while I’m working on excel or reading & replying emails. I track my steps and goal is 10K a day. I used to get busy and stuck at my desk and then would have to walk around my house all evening to try and meet my goal. Now I easily end my working day just under goal, if not over. I’ve been consistently getting 15-20K steps a day now that I’m able to get exercise in while I work at my desk and have lost two pounds that Ive been trying to lose for months! Those stubborn pounds seem to have slid off now that Im more active! I wish I would have purchased this MONTHS ago when I first started working from home. If I have to go back in my office, Im going to beg and plead that I be allowed to bring this in. It’s quiet, small, and allows me to keep my blood moving and get my steps in without having to leave my desk! If you’re on the fence, buy the Asurion protection through Amazon for $25 for the peace of mind in case any issues and GET THIS. You and your health won’t regret it! Just remember to go slow at first if you’re using while working and make sure space to fit the top of the treadmill under your workspace so you can walk right up at your desk without having to reach. I've recommended this walking pad to several of my friends. The good is it does what its advertised you can walk on it for house with no problems. The bad its a little narrow so the rear guards on mine have been damaged/knocked off from wide strides. The app is alright it tracks your steps and kcals burned. I don't like that it doesn't have any "work outs" geared directly for the walking pad. I also had a few times the app crashed or quit working so my steps weren't tracked for my walk. I do like that it integrates with google even if sometimes it doesn't fully transfer the data over. But again thats all app related and not the pads fault. The app being kind of bad is the only reason I'm knocking a star off.

This is a good product for the price. I have had mine for several weeks now. I was skeptical about the quality due to the low price point, so I bought the extended warranty through Amazon. Big mistake! The unit arrived damaged in shipping- the housing for the motor was slightly crushed in the box, and the threading for the screws had snapped off. The extended warranty provider (Warrantech?) insisted it was covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty, but Sunny Life confirmed the warranty does not apply in Canada. Despite this issue, the manufacturer (Sunny Life) was helpful and responsive, despite the warranty not applying in Canada. They sent me a replacement part, but I did have to pay for shipping. I ended up getting the “extended” warranty refunded and Amazon offered a small discount on the unit which covered the cost of shipping the replacement part. The company that offers the extended warranty was difficult to communicate with and did not seem to understand that manufacturers’ warranties may be different in Canada. I use the treadmill 2-3 times a week and it works as expected. My only caution is that I realized quickly the “wheels” were scratching my hardwood floors. I had to move it somewhere where it can be stored + used on an area rug to avoid wheeling it on hardwood. Other than this issue, it’s easy enough to move around and operate. Would recommend for the price point.

La uso en mi standing desk y funciona perfecto. La velocidad máxima sigue siendo algo baja, pero para usar debajo del escritorio no necesitas más. Ya tiene 6 meses conmigo y me ha funcionado perfecto.
