The packaging is different than pictured on Amazon, but the product is as described (see photos). It goes very easily, smoothly and doesn't smudge at all. You'll probably need eye makeup remover to remove this but I could be wrong (I tried to smudge it a little with my finger after applying it and it won't budge -- so it seems waterproof). I just used it today and the color is vibrant and with just lightly applying it gently on my eyelid it is full on color. You can build this as well, but I don't need that much. It hasn't irritated my eyes, I used it on the lid and under eye (Not waterline). Will buy again.

A lot of even big name liners boast about their liners and I have bought them and been really disappointed at them not being black once out in or the staying power wasn’t good. This goes on very black and with a swipe of a q-tip to dry my water line a bit it stays on all day! Perfection

The color is incredible, so pretty! super bright and the chrome flash iridescent is fabulous. Beyond that it really stays, doesn’t budge smudge or fade. I’m buying all of them. If you’re on the fence just get it. 5 stars ⭐️

Not a bad product. It goes on nice and stays on pretty well. It is a nice shade but is not like pictured. It doesn't look two toned. More like a blend of the two.

I love this eyeliner! I can’t wait to get it in more colors. It applies great and looks absolutely amazing. I would 100% recommend this eyeliner to anyone. It looks great alone and with eyeshadow.

pretty colors and I don't have to wear mascara and myeyes look pretty good even tho I have very blonde, nearly invisible lashes.

It wore well, but there just isn't that much of it. I think it lasted me two or three weeks.

I'm fairly oily and this doesn't smudge around much at all. It also really does stay on the waterline and it doesn't irritate my eyes. Glides on easy. The sharpener, like all other sharpeners i've used, does break the tip so why bother. over all awesome liner! will buy again
