SIGNIFICANT improvement!After surgery for colon cancer 8 years ago I have had to wear a pad which would prove quite necessary every day, if you get what I mean. I have been taking the Psyllium with Pre and Probiotics for about a month now. A pad is almost not needed as most days are "accident-free". There is still the occasional extremely minor "accident" maybe once a week. Compared to my life before.......this is dramatic and near life-changing.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great taste and helps your gut be regular just be sure to drink a glass of water after taking. Do not take before going to sleep or lying down.

I had subscribed to this product to be delivered every month but quickly cancelled after the first shipment. The container arrived without a plastic cap, so after the metal seal on top was removed, I had something with which to reseal the container. I had to look for a couple of small jars into which I could divide the product so I could seal it up after each use. Incredibly thoughtless design!
