It's a good product to increase stamina
Quality is very good. It mix easily with milk, and the natural aroma indicates their purity. After using it for a few days, I feel an improvement in my energy levels and overall well-being. It's a great supplement for boosting immunity and maintaining health. I usually take 1 teaspoon of the mixture with warm milk in the night and it works perfectly for me. Power cost is less but whole cost is more why
Please don't believe on powder, you can order whole and make it power at home. Now just under stand the reason behind it, if the company is grinding it, the cost should be but whole cost is more and powder cost is less. It means there is mixing.
