Worst product at this price
I bought this product and found extremely low audio, bad sound quality. Customer support of such a big company is so poor, I had to chat for more than 3 hrs and tell her version number of almost all the s/w in my phone. Still I am waiting for their response. It is just one day i got this product. Never buy a product for which there is no refund or replacement policy directly from Amazon.

A decent buds but I feel a bit of ear pain..
Could have given ANC, and a bit more comfort on ears.. But easy in budget and quality brand makes worth for 5.3k
