Multi-Sport Trailer with Box Rack

After almost a full season using this trailer I'm very happy with it. It arrived in four or five heavy boxes and requires a lot of assembly. The instructions are excellent and in plain English with detailed illustrations. I think it said that assembly would take an estimated 3-5hrs. I had help from a friend and was able to have it fully assembled in a little less than 5 hours. We were very casual and weren't trying to break any speed records so I'd say that estimate is pretty accurate. Follow the instructions closely, definitely don't jump ahead of any steps, it it will go smoothly. You only need basic tools, no welding. Wiring was easy and I had no problems getting plates at the DMV... Right On Trailers included everything needed for that process. The trailer performs well at hwy speeds and equally well on dirt roads. I had it up to 75-80 mph on the interstate for extended drives with no issues. The wheels have grease zerks and that's a nice plus. I can't stress enough how important it is to keep the hubs greased, on all trailers. The powder coating has held up very well although I'm high in the mountains and there's not a whisper of salt used on the roads here. The upper rack is strong and accepts Thule products so you could increase the number of kayaks using J cradles or similar accessories. I've just been using it for two yaks. The lower bunk seats my Old Town Sportsman 106 motorized kayak really well and the top bunk has plenty of room for my brother's fishing kayak.I do consider this to be a 5 star trailer but there are a couple of things worth mentioning: Right On Trailer company is an American company but everything in the boxes was from China, so not American made. All parts & hardware of the trailer are of high quality and the welds are perfect... regardless the country of origin.Also - It does not come with a spare tire nor spare tire mount. I really wish they'd have included that. If you go to their website the mount can be purchased for about $15 and the matching spare is about $60. So $75 plus S/H and tax (probably around $100 total) will get you a spare tire and mount. Again, not a deal breaker but worthy of mention. I'll likely order these this winter in preparation for next season.Overall I'm really happy with this trailer and find it hard to dock a star. Right On!

Well I am missing a box for one so know I cannot put the trailer together.

This is a wonderful company to order from. They were quick to ship. There was a piece missing and they quickly send it. Answered all questions. I love their commitment to service. The trailer will be used to haul a 19 feet kayak as well as the others and supplies. It is lightweight and compact.
