Well constructed!!!
This is an extremely sturdy product. Easy to assemble. The was a slight glitch in one of the pieces when I received it. I contacted them immediately, and I have to say, they we all over it. Their customer service is extraordinary. Great product.

Unsafe for Seniors and Disabled Persons!
This commode is unsafe! The seat slides 2 inches side to side with the mounting clips on. The arm supports wobble. The clips holding the seat onto the commode frame are not effective, the seat comes off the frame when I stand up. This morning, the seat looked like it was correctly placed (I check every time) but when I sat down, the seat became unattached from the frame and moved off to the side until it hit the arm support on that side. Very scary for a disabled person. I also had to remove the back from the frame to fit the commode over the toilet bowl correctly. All in all, this is a very poor product. I am trying to get a refund and return this product.
