Great product and great value
This battery-operating suitcase works perfectly for someone who isn't feeble but just can't walk long distances required by airports to get to a gate or plane changes. It fits in the overhead and even has enough interior storage space for overnight clothes or a laptop. It is very sturdy, can hold the weight of an adult (up to 250 pounds) and is very well made and maneuverable. Battery charge lasts several hours and recharges quickly. Would work well too for someone with a temporary knee or foot injury. It has changed our life allowing travel by my husband who formerly dreaded flights because of severe back pain from walking. We LOVE this product and think it is a great value.

Model SE3S
I purchased Model SE3miniT and asked Vendor to exchange it with Model SE3S because this model has a long enough pedal to rest my feet on. Vendor executed this exchange for me promptly and did not charge me for the difference in price even though I offered to pay them. In my opinion, Model SE3S possesses better features. I am pleased with this new model. Additionally, I wish to commend representatives of Vendor for their efficient and professional services.

No one will help me. I
It was great when it worked. I’m unable to walk distances and when I recently traveled, it was, it was great when it worked. Unfortunately., it stopped working in the middle of an airport and when I checked the battery, it was 100% charged but registered 0% on the Phone app. Reaching the seller was useless and I am left with an $800 carry-on that doesn’t work. I expect more from this item and from Amazon.

Lots of fun & practical
This carry on luggage does a lot more than just cruise around the airport you can also carry it on the plane ,you can go sightseeing go to the mall go to the grocery store, etc. it’s really awesome. You will love it.!
