This is a great iron. I'm tired of spending gobs of money on big-name brands for irons that tucker out too quickly. I decided to look for an off-brand instead, and I'm very pleased with this. It's a good, heavy-duty appliance, but not too heavy in weight. It's well made with simple control functions and a variety of heat level options. The steam function is excellent; it removes wrinkles easily.

The media could not be loaded. I bough this iron, and wow, I was genuinely surprised! First off, it just feels SO GOOD in your hand – the build quality is amazing, really sturdy. And all those features? Great! I love how easily I could adjust the temperature. But here's the kicker: it heats up FAST, like, seriously fast. And the steam? Whoa, powerful! I mean, wrinkles just disappeared. I was honestly blown away by how well it worked. It's just a really well-rounded iron that makes a chore feel, dare I say, almost enjoyable. For folks mentioning they received a "used iron" with water inside. If you read the label on the side of the machine, it states that unit is thoroughly tested at the factory and there may be residual water inside. I can confirm the item was BRAND NEW!

I love this iron. It works well and is easy to use. Only criticism, the power cord is not retractable. You have to be careful how wrap the cord up when you’re done because you don’t want to put too much force on the base of the cord, but at the same time, you don’t want to just have the cord all over the place. My recommendation, buy an iron with a retractable power cord.

Easy to use, love the auto shut-off safety feature, and heats back up reasonably quickly after automatically shutting off (I apparently took to long chain-piecing before returning to iron my quilt half-square triangle blocks). It takes several passes and lots of steam and spray to get out creases in fabric that was in the fabric bolt, so this is not a magical cure for the annoying chore of ironing, but it’s a decent and functional steam iron. Water doesn’t have to be distilled, and water tank is easy to fill. It even has its own cup with a spout to use to pour the water into the tank. Rather unnecessary as I already have a measuring cup with a spout, but rather thoughtful of them to include it. Thank you, manufacturer!

This review is very overdo. I have been an ironer my entire life. Almost every day I iron my cloths. This Bartnelli iron is hands down, the best iron I have ever bought. It will be almost two yrs since my purchase. Never once has it spit water and never once has it lost heat. It irons today exactly how it did the day I got it. I have owned probably 50 irons in my life time. Forget Rowenta. This iron does not tip nor does it stain any clothes. Honestly, this iron is the best purchase Ive ever made!!

This is by far not only Beautiful but the Best Iron.. I’ve ever ironed with.. True Value..No leaking removes the wrinkles very well

I am a seamstress and bought this iron based on the reviews! I was skeptical if it would be a good iron because of how inexpensive it was. I have purchased irons that are much more expensive and not nearly as good. I love it and it has the perfect amount of steam and turns on and off based on usage. Adjustable heat settings for various fabrics and a flawless ironed finish!

So I don’t use an iron very often so it was a couple weeks before I used this one. I used it for a couple pairs of pants and put it away. I even bought distilled water to use in it.The next time I used it when I plugged it in after a couple seconds it was smoking from one spot between the iron plate and the iron body. At first I thought it was steam and almost ignored. But I decided to make sure because it didn’t look right and picked up the iron and looked between the plate and body where the smoke was coming from and there was a spin in there glowing yellow at this point I unplugged it and you on Amazon for a return but it was two days after the return window closed. I contacted the seller and explained what happened and gave them the opportunity to replace the iron, even though it was two days past the return window and they haven’t tried to contact me. so beware and don’t leave this iron unattended
