Good quality Liposomal Resveratrol. So far so good and now adverse effects or issue!
The extent to which trans-resveratrol is absorbed by the body through oral ingestion still remains uncertain, however, I do like the notion that the liposomal formulation may enhance overall bioavailability. The capsules are medium sized and convenient to swallow with some water or any other beverage of choice. The packaging arrived securely sealed both internally and externally with a tamper evident seal. That said, so far after taking for over 2 months, I have not observed any significant changes since I began taking this Liposomal Resveratrol by Renue, but it is important to note that the effects of supplements usually take several weeks or even months to notice and something that's extremely gradual over time. Currently, the price point for a 90-day supply seems reasonable.
