Andrew Dougherty Magnificent Playing Card

I like to play solitaire with physical cards instead of on a computer device. I think these cards have an interesting design and a nice feel in my hands. The box has a tuck in flap that I haven't seen before- pretty cool. Like my headline says, these cards are exactly like the seller's pictures show, so I wasn't surprised by the design when I opened the box. I am happy with the cards.

I love these cards. They sit on my desk and I will frequently just pick them up to run them through my handa. They have a great feel, a classic look and a simple, crisp design. The box is also sharp and beautifully embossed.

The cards have a nice back design. The cards are on the stiff side.

The court cards are nothing like Dougherty's. The Tiger Joker is taken from the 1881 Tigers No,101 brand by Russell & Morgan Company and the other Joker is one used in most of the decks produced by Muller & Co., now part of Carta Mundi. The deck dishonors the Dougherty name and his products.
