As a parent eager to make potty training a smooth and stress-free experience for my toddler, I had high hopes for the StarAndDaisy Baby Potty Training Seat. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been quite disappointing from the moment I received it. Here's why:Arrived Damaged and Used:Right out of the box, it was clear that the seat had been used before. There were visible scratches, and parts of the plastic were chipped. Additionally, the product had a slightly grimy feel, as if it hadn't been properly cleaned before being repackaged.Missing Parts:To make matters worse, a crucial part of the product was missing. The absence of this part rendered the seat unstable and unusable. For a product that's supposed to ensure my child's safety, this is unacceptable.Poor Fit and Stability:Despite being advertised as anti-slip and safe, the seat doesn't fit securely on our toilet. It often shifts and wobbles, causing my child to feel unstable and anxious while using it. This defeats the purpose of a potty training seat, which should provide confidence and comfort to a toddler.Cushion Keeps Slipping:The cushion on the seat keeps slipping out, which is both frustrating and uncomfortable for my child. This constant adjustment makes the potty training process more difficult than it needs to be.Too Broad for Young Children:Although the product claims to be suitable for children aged 1-5 years, I found it to be too broad for my 2-year-old. The seat is quite wide, making it uncomfortable and impractical for younger toddlers.Uncomfortable for Children:The seat itself is not very comfortable for my child. The shape and padding (or lack thereof) do not provide adequate support, making the potty training experience unpleasant. My toddler often complains about discomfort and prefers not to use it.Conclusion:Overall, the StarAndDaisy Baby Potty Training Seat has been a major letdown. From arriving damaged and used, missing a crucial part, to its flimsy construction and poor fit, this product has several shortcomings that make it hard to recommend. As parents, we want the best for our children, and unfortunately, this potty training seat does not meet the necessary standards of quality and usability. I would suggest looking for more reliable alternatives that prioritize safety, comfort, and ease of use.

The quality is very nice but it doesn't fix to the commode,we have to keep it other place after use as it falls down every time
