Works fine for me, no leakage. I put eye wash solution in the top and when I push the button, mist comes out within a few seconds. It's very soothing.

This little gadget is immensely helpful for dry eyes, a lifesaver for me! Works perfectly well.

Another update: It might leak when not in use! Today for the first time I noticed it was sitting in a large puddle. I hadn't used it in a few days but it stays handy on my desk. I'm not sure why it suddenly leaked, it still works fine, but it might be best to keep it on a surface that can handle water.Update: I found the prepackaged eyewash solution works perfectly in this nebulizer! It's 97% purified water, and it makes this a soothing treat for dry eyes and your face too. I keep it on my desk, it is very refreshing.You can get a massive bottle of eyewash solution that should refill this device for years for about $10.This is a nice little nebulizer and works great. Nice cooling mist is also soothing on the face.Mine arrived uncharged and there are very limited instructions.I tried distilled water with eyedrops in it and that isn't the right solution for me to use. Now I'm going to try an eye wash. Hoping that is more comfortable for my dry eyes. The distilled water may be the problem, the internet says it needs to be purified water which means boiled, or purchased.I'll update when I figure it out!

(First review was 3 stars, see update below for 1 Star )I have a love/hate relationship with this product. I had never heard of these devices and have chronic dry eye. Decided to try this out. OMG when it arrived it really relieved my dry eye. The mist is just amazing. I like this product because the mist is strong enough to reach the eye without having to put the cup against the skin. After two weeks and getting one for another person with dry eye and touting what I thought to be an amazing product, the device started leaking as many reviewers commented. I reached out to the vendor through the Amazon portal. It's been two weeks and no response. I did put in for a return and it's approved. Thing is, the unit stopped leaking and now only does on occasion. I went ahead and bought a higher priced model that had a heating feature. That arrived and does a great job. The new device puts out less mist and the cup needs to be against the skin. There are times I just prefer the way this product works that I prefer. For now I'm holding on to this product, I still have plenty of time to return.

I like how I can fit this in my purse and use it on the go. It helps with dry eyes and dry nose.

I like the idea but it’s made cheap and doesn’t spray conciistantly.

Recently had cataract surgery and eyes are still cloudy. I've always had dry eyes, too. Found this convenient little humidifier and love it. I just use eye wash in mister before using eye drops. I did have to fill tank to make the mist. I also use a heated eye mask at night. If I have any problems, I will update.
