MECCANO to TRILOGO: French to European vintage Star Wars action figure toys Paperback – 2 Oct. 2006

The book is as it should be. That’s all perfect!But I’d much rather review the Amazon way of shipping something as fragile, as a book (mainly the most vulnerable part, the cover). You put it into a tight cardboard box (pressure on front & back), but there is still room for something like a 10th of an inch movement/slide, whenever it experiences a hard/sudden pressure in one end.Well known fact btw, that mail gets tossed around.Now this would not be a problem, if you just used like the smallest piece of that foamy “wrapping” filt. But no! A brand new book, in to a rough cardboardwrap.. My book have evidence of that on all corners, aswell as along every side. On top of that, I’m not even sure it’s completely new! Both front and back opens up. That could be temp. related, but not after being pressed together for a couple of days+...I will never buy a “fragile” item from Amazon again! And my books will be bought closer to home (at purhaps a higher price), from a decent distributor. Or who knows, actually even buy ‘em in a store. Don’t buy your book(s), under these conditions. Unless you don’t give a.....Book gets 4 stars, Amazon gets the 1, I have to give ‘em.
