It's like a knock off
Got it out the packet all miss shapen and flat gave it 24h to let it fully reset, still not correct,Don't waste your money on this the neck support doesn't support your neck at all as its level or lower than the rest of the pillow.Will be sending back, quite possibly a conterfit of a good product that what it looks like.

This product is not as advertised at all. I bought 3 hoping they would be what I needed buy no. Buy better

Totally uncomfortable
Neck support to low , no support and lumpy , had such a bad night reverted back to old pilow after 3 hours .
