I was a customer of hansshow from the time of model 3 and Y including their dashboard for model Y . Those were good.This model X mats were one of the worst I have ordered so far . It almost killed me as the side of the mat got stuck on the accelerator (see the pictures) . Also the mats are not of the correct size as well (see pictures) After the purchase of these mats, I had gone out of country and returned only 2 weeks ago and this is the status. The other mats are also of inferior qualtityNot sure what I can do now as the return time window is closed . I any case , I will replace these with new. My strong recommendation is not to buy these mats

The media could not be loaded.  This item has 4 or more issues.1. Was delivered with an older frunk lining that does not fit the new Model X.2. The trunk piece is not for the complete trunk, it is only useful for the little flat surface when seats are upright.3. Second row piece has to be manually cut to accommodate for the sliding rails. Though there is the groove impressioned out on the mat, it is useless if you don't cut it because you cannot slide your seats.4. Came stained as some pieces were black as expected and some had silverish cloudy acidic discoloration blotches

Great price for my model x - floor mats fit perfectly - very easy to install - delivered on time

Pictured is the driver floor mat. As you can see the right side edge of the floor mat has about 1 inch gap from the car's floor interior lining. I reached out to the Seller regarding this issue, but received no reply. No customer service for their product.

I opened the box and looked at the mat and the quality and packed it back. It just looks cheaper to me. It might hold the tough environment but I am more of a look and feel person and this doesn’t look good quality. Returning it.
