Works as intended
Very superbly built and works so well. Gave the product an actual test and phone came out dry. My smart phone finally can live happily around the bath tub and even have an awesome swim with me....

Safe and Sound and Dry
One of the things I missed about actual books over digital ones - the ability to read in the bath without the risk of ruining something worth hundreds of pounds. So when I got this Doxa Universal Waterproof Case, I was quite hopeful that this would solve my problem.When I first tried to open the tabs on the top, I admit it was fairly difficult. Then I realised I was doing it incorrectly. It's more of a twisting action than a sliding action. Once I got this bit figured out, it was much easier, though it was still stiff for the first few goes. However, I would rather have something that is a bit hard to open than a wet phone.I admit to being a bit nervous of trusting my phone to something claiming it is waterproof, so before I put my phone in, I wadded up some kitchen roll and placed that in the holder. Under the water it went! Once I'd given it a good dunking, I pulled it back out and dried the outer casing. Upon opening the top, whilst I did see a bit of moisture on top, I didn't see any below the seal line. As you can see from the photos, I pulled out a completely dry wad of kitchen roll.Satisfied with this, I inserted my phone, a Samsung Note 3, which fit comfortably inside without having to take it out of it's protective case. Properly sealed in, I checked to see if I could still operate the phone. All the buttons worked beautifully, even the camera (hence the photo of the rubber ducky). The buttons don't work underwater, but that's not a fault with the case, it's the way the science of capacitive touch works (the way you operate your phone with touch).Anyway, after having a nice relaxing bath, I dried the case off and opened it. Not a drop of damp inside. I can't tell you how nice it is to be able to read in the bath without fear. I would happily recommend this case to any avid reader or gamer who likes to play in the bath or walk in the rain.
