I was disappointed with the product, not thinking it had iodine in it. So at first, I left a bad review. However, I then and I got a refund for the product. From Amazon, even though it’s nonrefundable, but. Something told me to call the company I called the company. I spoke with Bobby and he was very very helpful and he said that this is a different type of iodine. It’s already it’s like metabolized so your body does not have to already metabolize it and it works Better and that it doesn’t have all the color in it so it’s and he’s sending me the testing sheet for it. So I just want to leave that review to let you know that I’m going to go ahead and take it and I hope that it works out well thank you.
