Perfect for in-ground pool with deep end. Non-fade ring bouy. Meets US Coast Guard safety requirements. Strong and very long orange cordage. Cord does fade in Southern California sun.

Does it's job but the rope isn't holding up
It's a life ring, it's simple, hard to mess up and does it's job. Only complaint is that after just a couple of months in the sun the rope is starting to fade and look damaged

Keep looking. This is is junk and, I suspect, unsafe at that.
In one year’s time, the ropes all disintegrated, the blue stripes faded to purple, and it appears as much a safety device as a brick. Definitely not recommended. If anything, it seems like it provides a false sense of security. Thin cheap craft-store styrofoam ring covered in nylon with decorative strings on it. Definitely not a safety device. Definitely not worth the $40+ I paid for it.

Poorly constructed for the price
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have a pond on my property and my kids like to play nearby and catch frogs. I wanted this as a safety measure except it’s junk. It looks like a legit safety ring from 3 feet away but upon closer examination, the seams are not sewn together well nor are they knotted. The reflective markings are tape which will peel off in about 3 weeks time. I gave ⭐️⭐️ because it will serve the purpose, however it was not made well for the price.
