Great Seller and Product!
Customer service was excellent!!! They went over and above to reship cables to me that would fit my car's usb port!! They actually sent 2 different cords and kept in contact with me to make sure everything worked out! I am very happy with the whole transaction with this product and seller! Excellent! Thankyou!

Sent another cord
EDIT: The seller sent another cord right away. I tried the cord as soon as it came in and it does not lose connection. Thanks for taking care of the issue!! Bought this item and it did not work. It had a loose connection and would not stay on. Just a waste of money.

DOES NOT WORK
At least for a Valentine1 on GM vehicles, this will deliver just enough watts to light up and make you think it’s working, but DOES NOT actually detect radar and alarm. Hopefully this will help other shoppers since there was no information when I was shopping. Keep reading if you’re curious why not. The cable does convert normal 5v USB to 12v RJ11, but Valentine1 radar detectors need 2.8watts minimum standby power, and up to 5.2watts max. At least for GM vehicles, USB output is only 500 mA (standard minimum for USB). That’s 2.5watts total power output. In case you’re wondering, this is also why GM ports will not charge a tablet, only your phone. Worse, it is just enough power to get the detector to light up, but it is incapable of actually detecting or alarming. A trip past the police station confirmed that, so I paid to have it patched into the fuse panel and wired up to pop out of the headliner just to the right of my rear view mirror. Now it alarms with 5+ guns detected at the station. Anyhow, it’s both an issue with GM and the cable, since the mfr advertises this for radar detectors and you’d only need one if your new vehicle ditched the 12v socket. So, I give it one star for misleading advertising. That said, if GM put out 2.4amps on USB (say, enough to charge an iPad), it’d probably work perfectly. If this cable were USB-C, that port might have more amps too. One alternative is to use an iPad power brick in the AC Inverter plug and run the wire from there. For me, it doesn’t reach, takes up too much space, and I just wanted a cleaner install and was willing to pay. Regardless, it’s really annoying that on such expensive vehicles GM ditched the 12v port but didn’t increase amps to the USB to still power peripherals like tablets (or radar detectors). It’s be even more annoying if I’d gotten a ticket because my radar detector looked like it was working but wasn’t.

Good quality
Good cord, the coiled unit was too long to "hide". I bought this straight shorter cable because I could run it inside the dash.

The cord is made well and holds up with some abuse.
Perfect fit for Uniden R3. What has been additionally nice is when the radars sticky mount comes loose in the hot sun and falls, the cord does not break, split, or disconnect. Seems to be very well made and assembled properly.

Will NOT work with Valentine One radar detector, but seller was kind enough to refund
Long of the short of it, Valentine One detectors need 12v to operate properly, USB connections only supply about 5v, so the detector will fluctuate on/off and act very strangely from lack of power. Only way to fix is to cut off the USB-A connector, strip the wires and splice directly into harness. Seller reached out and gave a full refund which I greatly appreciate, however, I've also asked that they change this listing to not include V1 products because of the aforementioned information.

Did not work on the 5v as advertised. Just on the 12v, to late to return item. My fault, the item i ordered for this cable to power was received after the return date of the cable. $50 wasted
