Sole Softec Response Custom Footbed

I have been using these insoles in work boots for over 15 years and I love them, I replace them every two or three sets of boots and the break-in is always the same. Follow the directions exactly! I have put more than 30 miles on these in one day with no hot spots and my feet were good to go the following day. If you have a high or mid to high arch they are great, if you are flat footed they are not for you.

I got my first pair of these from a high $$ sport shoe store, and liked them a lot, but realized they were literally half the price on Amazon. I got them because I have tendinitis in my right Achilles tendon, and after undergoing 2 1/2 months of physical therapy, had made limited progress. My tendinitis is the result of several different issues, but I have always had totally flat feet which up until now has never really affected anything. My physical therapist suggested inserts, and these really help support my non-existent arches. Made a big difference. I have always heard people blather on and on about how great inserts are, and thought they were just shills or full of crap, but I have to say, they really do make a difference. My tendon is still screwed up, and likely will be for a long time to come, but these inserts have relieved a great deal of the day to day pain. I am buying extra pairs here for all my shoes. They take a little getting used to, but I am so glad I have them.I recommend going to an athletic store, where they will let you try on several different styles until you find one that feels right. That's how I found these. If I had known they were so much cheaper on Amazon, I would have waited to buy my first pair there, but it was kind of worth it at the shoe place since they were so helpful with providing so many different kinds to try out. What works for one person doesn't necessarily work for someone else. These particular ones have a very high, hard arch support, and they fit inside my shoes perfectly. You can also heat them up to mold them to your feet better if you feel the need. I left them just as they came. Am very happy with these, and they seem like they will hold up for quite a while.

I've used Sole insoles for years and have at least 10 pairs. I use them in all my shoes. There's a Sole model for all my shoes and boots. I have high arches and this is the only insole that takes the pain in my feet, knees, and back away. They have made it possible for me to stay in the gym and train supper hard in any sport or class. I am a size 8.5 in shoes without the insoles so I buy a 9 in all my shoes and boots and put a women's 9 in them. The insole takes up a half size in the shoe. I introduced my husband to them 1 year ago and bought him all new shoes a half size up. He's without pain walking and working out after have 5 surgery's on his knee.

Firmly supports my feet. No discomfort during days that required lots of walking. Before these footbeds my toes would start to tingle and ache. Have not experienced this reaction since buying my first pair many years ago.

These Sole Soft were just as I have been ordering from Sole for years now. I use these in running shoes and casual shoes. I use the thicker ones In my work boots and one pair of looser fitting shoes. I even have a ultra thin pair for some tight fitting dress shoes. I have flat feet. I wore RX corrective shoes as a child. Then RX orthotics as a adult. I’ve purchased almost every brand of OTC orthotics. For me these work as well or better than my RX from the podiatrist. What I like most is they fit in shoes better than the RX. At the price vs the RX you can buy multiple thickness to fit shoes where as the RX fits or doesn’t.

I like the way it fits in my shoes and the support they give my arches.
