Great, better than the online reviews and comparison videos
So if you’re looking for a headset like this you’re looking at it for talking first and media second. This isn’t an Apple Bose or other headset, it sounds good nothing wrong with it but for music other brands focus on what you hear. This headset focuses on what your other party hears. Barking dogs, people in the background are all filtered out, 1000 times better than those other top brands would hope to do. And it sounds good, is comfortable to have on for along time, and for this one that I got is highly portable. It has other features too but that is what I needed and this headset has exceeded my expectations. Also for Amazon renewed this was great, came with everything it did new. A plus worth every penny

Headset works great
Works as advertised. I wanted a lightweight set of headphones with ANC and a boom mic. I wanted to be able to listen to music on my phone and automatically switch to my laptop when a teams call came in. This set does that perfectly. I like the ANC modes - I can hear my own volume or get complete ANC when I want. I like the ability to mute by lifting the boom. The only thing I don't like (but it's part of the design of on-ear headphones) is that they slip off your head if you lean over too far. The feature I would add is a positive "click" when you move the boom to the fully extended position. It's pretty easy to bump it into "mute". I have had zero problems with connections or dropped audio.

Great all around headset so far
I was deciding between this and Dell's new pro headset. The jabra portability and low profile, as well as the ability to use it as a wired headset if need be, were intriguing. i was a bit nervous about some of the reports about the microphone cutting out with Teams and was ready to return this if need be. I have only had it a few days but have heavily used them on two different computers and have not had anyone report me cutting out. So far I am happy.Pros:Compact profileportablevery lightweightgood sound qualityrich feature setcons:ANC is maybe a 6/10. this is my first noise cancelling headset and while it does "something" it is not like it will totalyy drown out a yelling kid. Maybe my expectations are too high though for an on-ear design. it would certainly take care of normal volume conversation though.maybe a little plasticy for the price, but I think this is part of the lightness equation. Jury is out on it holding up - but I am optimistic. In closing, this would be a tough call at the full price and I would have most definitely gone with something else, but at a discounted price it was close enough that the combination/tradeoffs were intriguing.

Outstanding for Teams and Zoom Calls!
This headset has completely transformed my virtual meeting experience. Whether I’m on Microsoft Teams or Zoom, the audio clarity is exceptional, and the noise-cancelling feature works like a charm.I really like that this is has a USB-C UC receiver, it’s truly a game changer. The speed and reliability of the connection far exceed anything I’ve used before, making setup and usage effortless. The comfort and build quality are also top-notch, allowing me to wear the headset for extended calls without any discomfort. If you’re looking for a dependable headset for professional use, this one is worth every penny. It folds nicely and is compact for travelling.

The best headset ever with the worst possible flaw
In theory, this headset is the best on the market. It's light-weight and slimline, comfortable, portable, has wireless charging, long battery life, great active noise cancellation (ANC), a small stowable mic... the list goes on.However it has an unforgivable flaw - after a month or so, the microphone drops out randomly during calls, happening more and more over time. The speaker audio is unaffected, so you won't realize anything is wrong until your colleagues or customers start to say the dreaded words: "can you repeat that?", "you cut out there...", "you sounded garbled".I saw the many reviews mentioning these mic issues and with unbounded optimism, hoped it wouldn't affect me. I was wrong: After a couple of months I started to experience it and after 6 it was basically unusable for calls and causing embarrassment daily. I RMAed the device and promptly received a new one, which lasted two months before succumbing to the same issues. Not sure what to do at this point - the device is so good aside from the mic, that it's almost worth continuing to use with an external / webcam mic. However for the price paid, this is unacceptable.

Quality and Battery Life
The sound quality on these are amazing. I have to attend Zoom meetings in a large breakroom; the noise cancelation blocks out background noise great and the other attendees in the zoom hear what I say clearly and don't hear the background noise either.Another great feature is that when you set these down for a few minutes they go in an idle mode to save battery. Just pick them up and they autocorrect and resume where you left off.The battery life is fantastic with each charge it seems to improve. I keep my volume at about 30% and have used them for 12 hours straight. These are proof that you get what you pay for. JABRA has always satisfied me with their products, but these surpass any product of theirs I have ever owned.

Not impressed or satisfied after a couple months
One of the ANC mics stopped working shortly after the return window ended. Working through RMS process now which doesn't cover shipping, so total cost for headset will now exceed $250. Sound quality for both calls and music is mediocre (boom-y and echo-y). Buttons are sometimes had to locate while wearing the headset as they are nearly flush with the surrounding enclosure. In addition, the manner in which the headset holds to fit into the case squeezes the two earpads together which will lead to unnecessary pressure and wear. At this price point, the value is simply not there.
