Wonderful die, just the right size, and it cuts beautifully with my Anna Griffin Empress machine.

These dies surprised me. Of course they cut well but they make very beautiful tags or sentiment backgrounds. They really create a more elegant feel to your card. Excellent addition to any collection.

Not sure how you could use the stamps if you took them off backing. I used double sided tape to fix the stamps on the sheet onto my Misti stamper. Stamped, then the die cut them out perfectly. Not sure how you could stamp them otherwise. The stamps & die work great otherwise. You end up with extra sentiments but worth the paper to stamp them fast & clear. I have a magnetic plate so the dies stay in place in the die cut machine.

I love this set of dies - there is such a variety of bows, box shapes, ribbons, that the only limit is your imagination. Note, there are no instructions as to what goes with what, but if you look at the dies and lay them out, it's easy to figure out which dies go together. The straight ribbons only fit on certain boxes, so that's easy to figure out, and the bows will go on any box. I just printed out the photo in the listing picture that shows some examples of completed boxes and that is good enough to give me ideas. The dies cut cleanly and make boxes that are a good size - for both quarter-fold and half-fold cards, A2 and A9s. There're even little gift tags that you can cut out and attach to the presents! How cute is that? This is a great deal for the price. Depending on the occasion, you can use different colors/patterns to make these Christmas, birthday, wedding, etc. presents, and you can also emboss patterns on the cardstock after you cut out the box shape, like another reviewer did, great tip! Recommend!

Everything I expected

WARNING--The dies come attached to each other so closely that I had to use a hammer and chisel to separate them. Usually, there is plenty of space between the dies so that you can use cutting pliers to snip the thin metal connectors. But these connectors were so small, there was hardly any space between the dies! Just one or two connectors would have allowed the inner piece to detach by rotating it, but they put 3 connectors which you can't rotate. I ruined a pair of tiny scissors trying to get in between the dies so don't try that. You can use the dies just like this, but you won't get the result you were hoping for unless you detach them. Using a hammer and chisel on one connector detached that one, and then I could twist the inside die until the other connectors detached. Make sure to use cutting pliers afterward to snip off the remaining little connector nubs so you don't cut yourself--they are sharp! I would have given them a 5-star review if they hadn't designed the connectors so poorly.
