Took care of the rattle over bumps in my customers truck. However somehow it clocked the steering wheel about 50° to the left.

The intermediate shaft is a solid metal piece and not hollow like the OEM one. No issue so far. Everything seems well built. Not sure if it will collapse like it's designEdit Sept 16, 2024.Had to replace my steering gear box. When unbolting the lower intermediate shaft, I noticed that the through bolt that should keep the shaft from coming off the steering box did not and the shaft would just slide off once loose. This is a safety measure that prevents the shaft from detaching from the steering box even if it gets loose. Thankfully, I kept my old steering shaft and swapped it out. Do not buy this. Also, my steering wheel is making noise again. The plastic green bearing lasted less than a year.I attached pictures that show the through bolt being so recessed that it won't contact the shaft to prevent it from slipping out.Update October 30 2024. The upper shaft is now coming loose and making a knocking sound. The universal joint has become loose and sloppy. I put less than 10,000 miles on this part. Do not buy this!

Very loose.. Difficult for me, who lives in Europe, to send a return as well. At least through Amazon. Bought a Doorman instead. Day and night difference.
